A Schedule of Condition Survey provides a detailed record of a property’s condition at a specific point in time, supported by clear written observations and photographic evidence.
These surveys are commonly used at the start of a commercial lease, before occupation, or prior to nearby construction or refurbishment works. They help establish the existing condition of the property so that any future damage, deterioration or disputes can be assessed against an independent record.
